MEP Work

We providing Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering design review, coordination, and construction technical support for all projects, ranging from code corrections, minor and major renovations, systemic new or replacement projects, . We will also be responsible for coordinating MEP concerns with other departments, including Building Services, and other departments as required to support the MEP works.

Pre-Construction Works

Our intent is to work with the project’s Clients to help deliver a satisfactory project that meets the Client’s objectives. In addition to estimating, the pre-construction team participates in design decisions, evaluations, analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and more. Design costs, permitting, land acquisition, and life-cycle costs may also be evaluated. In delivering pre-construction services, we also be negotiating for project construction services. The firm then delivers the project. Typically the client and the firm share any cost savings realized during construction.

We focus on project/construction management that includes coordination with our Clients or consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality construction work And Each of the numerous participants in construction process of planning, designing, financing, constructing and operating physical facilities has a different perspective on construction project management

Commitment construction was established in 2007 as a main contractor. The company was founded by Mr. Hussam Al-Qadhi, who built the company name and its team from scratch. By today the company have worked with 48 projects and were delivered all on time with consideration to being as sustainable as possible and considering social responsibility as well. We are dedicated to creating spaces which are designed, built, maintained and operated using sustainable resources and our focus is delivering all projects to the best quality with a great care to the people involved and the environment, supporting the "Qatar is Green" vision.

We have delivered a number of towers, villas and commercial projects that give short and long-term economic benefits to the developers, owners and occupants. Commitment construction also maintain a highly qualified team which is committed to build the high quality premises while retaining our promises to our clients. We tend to always use our expertise to help our clients to build sustainably and invest in projects to research the latest trends and technologies.
